Harvinder has a Bachelor of Engineering, Electronics & Communication degree & Master Of Engineering degree from University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. He has 15 years of experience in RF cellular engineering working with telecom equipment vendors, operators & service providers. He started his career as an R&D engineer with Punjab Wireless, a Telecom Equipment manufacturer in India. He worked on the hardware and software development of Multiple Access Telephone System and Development of Cellular Mobile Radio Bse Stations. In 1991 Harvinder joined Mobile Communication Services, Telstra (Telecom Australia) at Sydney, (Australia GSM and Analog Cellular operator), as Supervising Engineer with Telstra he was leading a team of engineers responsible for RF Design, Planning and optimization of NSW region. Harvinder joined Mobile Systems International (MSI, USA) in January 1997. He engaged on consulting engagements e.g. launch of Sprint (CDMA), Omnipoint (GSM) & BCP (Brazil) D-AMPS networks. He was a Sr. Practice Manager of Consulting services, Marconi Wireless prior to setting up MobileComm Professionals Inc.

Gurmeet

Gurmeet has Bachelor of Electronics and Telecom Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science. He started his career in 1991 with Punjab Communications Limited, as RF Design Engineer working on Microwave transmission products. To his credit as an R&D head he developed 8GHZ/8 Mbits/s radio. In 1994 he joined GSM Cellular startup operator Essar Cellphone later acquired by Swiss Telecom, as RF Manager he was responsible for all RF related activities. He was supervising RF engineering activities for 3 other regional GSM networks. Through intensive GSM training courses he was certified GSM systems engineer. In 1996 Gurmeet joined Mobile Systems International as Chief Consultancy officer and responsible for Consulting business in Indian Subcontinent. He spearheaded Digital Mapping data outsourcing and development in India for MSI, UK. Gurmeet has provided strategic consulting on next generation wireless planning software tool development. In 1998 he moved to MSI, USA later acquired by Marconi and worked as Principal Consultant/Project Manager on various CDMA and broadband projects. Prior to MobileComm, he was a Practice Manager at Marconi where he was responsible for handling major wireless customer accounts and his consulting practice.

Jacob

Jacob has Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago. Jacob is the Vice President and co-founder of MCPS. Prior to starting MCPS in 2002, Jacob managed wireless deployment projects for T-Mobile USA in Northeast and Midwest and was a part of MSI/Marconi consulting management team. Whilst at MSI/Marconi, Jacob established strong business relationships within the wireless industry and worked closely to meet their engineering services and radio planning tools needs. Jacob's group is organized into dedicated account teams that are focused and aligned with their clients to insure that MCPS's methodologies and processes meet out customers requirements. Jacob has over 10 years experience in the wireless network planning tools and engineering services. He has been involved in design and management of several large wireless networks in the US.

Francisco

Francisco, Head of MobileComm de Brazil responsible of all wireless engineering activities in South America. He has experience over more than seven years in the telecommunication industry, from AMPS to GSM to UMTS. During his career, he has been involved in RF designs, network optimizations and led teams on international projects for GSM and WCDMA technologies provided by both Nortel and Ericsson who certified him as an “International Consultant for Radio Network Design and Network Performance Improvement” (2001). Besides his technical skills, Mr. Moraes has outstanding interpersonal and consultant skills, developed along his career and throughout several personal-development courses. He has shown to be a natural leader with excellent presentation and communication skills. His career has proven him to be pro-active, have critical thinking, strong negotiation skills and an excellent relationship with team members and customers. Apart from telecommunications, Francisco enjoys swimming, playing volleyball, sailing, flying, traveling to exotic and historical places and, as every good Brazilian, he is a big soccer fan! Mr. Moraes has graduated from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (Brazil) and Mastered in Business Administration from University of Phoenix (WA, US).

Jasminder

Jasminder, Head of MobileComm Canada responsible of all wireless engineering activities in Canada. He has over 12 year experience in the telecommunication industry, from GSM, GPRS, EDGE to UMTS and HSDPA. During his career, he has been involved in RF designs, network optimizations, project and process management and led teams on international projects for GSM and UMTS technologies provided by Ericsson, Nokia Siemens Networks, Lucent, and Airnet. He has conducted numerous trainings and consults in North America (USA), Central America, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Some of the companies for which he has worked or  conducted consultancy and trainings include Ericsson USA, Cingular USA, Wataniya Telecom Kuwait, TSI USA, Afghan Wireless Afghanistan, DiGi Malaysia, Warid Pakistan, XLcomindo Indonesia, Banglalink Bangladesh, MTN Nigeria, Tata Infotech, Escotel, CDAC, Modi Korea telecom, and Punwire.

He holds a degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering graduated in 1996 and he holds various certifications from many companies and was an associate in the Six sigma drive for Escotel (Now Idea Cellular), being the first operator in India to make the network six sigma complaint.

Jasminder, is a lively soul, and believes life is very short and has to be cherished. He believes in achieving inner bliss and mentoring commune for the same. He is dedicated to working for the betterment of child care in weaker sector of communities through educating the parent and child for leadership utilizing intra personal intelligence.

Rajiv Gandhi, Head of MobileComm India responsible of all wireless engineering activities in India and South East Asia. He has over fifteen year experience in the telecommunication industry, from GSM to UMTS to Wimax. During his career, he has been involved in RF designs, network optimizations and led teams on international projects for GSM and WCDMA technologies provided by Motorola and Nokia Siemens Networks. Rajiv has worked on Projects around the globe from India to Japan to Canada to UK. Rajiv was involved with the team that made the First GPRS Call in Asia and also first GPRS call in India. Rajiv is an excellent Manager who very strongly believes in Team Work and he has fantastic communication and Presentation skills. Rajiv is a total GIZMO freak. If he is not busy with Telecom you can find him singing. He has an amazing collection of songs and this is collection is ever increasing. He has done his Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Regional Engineering College Kurukshetra and then went on to complete MBA in marketing from SYMBIOSIS PUNE.
