Most existing post processing software tools generate outputs in a standard format with lack of flexibility to acknowledge customer specific deliverable requirements. Also these tools are more geared toward analysis of voice calls and possess very limited features for 3G data analysis. If 3G data analysis capabilities exist, then measuring data for multiple networks simultaneously is not possible as per specific requirements. The wireless market needed an application to simultaneously analyze multi-technology, multiple network data throughput performance so as to investigate competitors within their respective markets and address business issues (i.e. service level agreements or SLAs) related to network performance. Our Benchmarking of Network Data (BoND) tool met customer requirements and positioned MobileComm as an expert for conducting 3G data benchmarking and report generation.
